Oregon rate reflects state's base wage. Portland metro area will be higher, rural areas lower. Future rates in 15 states and the District of Columbia are tied to cost-of-living changes and based on inflation estimates.

This chart is simply depressing. I can only hope that some states are looking at this with the aim to make some improvement in how the finances of their community is going look like in the future!
